I have new customer for Arachne source code, so it should force
me to merge all different code forks and open CVS server. Currently, I 
have problem locating configuration files where I can add new users
to CVS - we created several users when we installed CVS, but I don't 
know how to add more users, including anonymous read-only user for LGPL 
portions of code...
