Only if you used "ASCII put".
If you used "Binary".... it's fine.

Even if you used ASCII... it's still fine so long as we then D/L them
with "ASCII get".

As a test... do an "ASCII get" on /changes/glennmcc/arachne.bat
(1748 bytes on the server... you *should* end-up with 1808 bytes)
