Actually, I was referring to Clarence's ARACHNE.BAT, but anyhow, I've just downloaded your's too, and this also has no CR's.
Personally, I don't believe in "ASCII" transfers or automatic/hidden translation, just straight binary (avoids doppelganger degeneration! ;-).
