After testing and comparing for the sites I visit which are not commercial but are Amateur/scientific I find Arachne by far the easyest and quickest browser on this hardware. 32 bit Pegasus Mail sucessfully downloads anything sticky and thats my reserve EMAIL client for if I get stuck. The complete repartitioning of the HD and installation of the OS and optimising of base memory, and Arachne is now complete.
