This happens to me frequently--at least it used to. I changed
something and it stopped redialing. Now I get hangups if I stay
in the editor too long and my ISP is busy. Other times (like
late at night like it is now) I can type away for a good long
time and not get disconected.

When I get this modem hangup Arachne still thinks I'm online but
it won't go anywhere. I have to do a manual hangup (alt-H) and
redial.

The only time this ever happens is while inside the Insight
editor--otherwise I never get a disconnect from my ISP.

I can't remember what I did to keep Arachne from redialing. It's
disconcerting, isn't it? I don't think it's an instrusion attempt.
It doesn't happen with any of your other Internet clients or with
Arachne except inside the Insight editor does it?
