  The originating address is indicated above. 
 
The whois  info on that address shows it to be registered in
Yugoslavia.  If you're running Linux, simply do
'whois
[EMAIL PROTECTED]' to find all the
contact info.

I did Whois with the referred URL in the email, not with the sender.
 
I didn't had seen here such kind of messages before.
 
Somebody posted yesterday about differences between ISO1 and ISO 2.
 
It remains the doubt about what language the message is from: Czech or  Serbia ?
