Curious - why are LTS kernel-headers listed as a New Optional Dependency?

[David C Rankin]

All, Devs,

A curiosity, not an issue, but on update tonight the LTS listed the
linux-lts-headers as a "New" optional dependency:

New optional dependencies for linux-lts
linux-lts-headers: headers and scripts for building modules [installed]

Anybody know why that would pop up now?
