According to the GitLab repositories, the linux package had this for
several months
now[1] (as a part of multi-arch preparation for some reason) but I
guess it took a while
to sync it to linux-lts

The reason I was curious is I've run LTS for close to 17? years now
and this install message was something not seen before. Mystery solved.
