As cool as I think this would be... I'm not sure it would be required. >From what I see the only place a user would know to contact a TU would be from the PKGBUILD which already *should* have an email address in it anyway. So although I'm open to an email address (very open ;D) I'd think it would need to be backed up a bit more.
