Hm, I've just looked at this patch for rxtx:
http://cvs.archlinux.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/devel/rxtx/rxtx-2.1-6-fix.patch?rev=1.1&cvsroot=Extra&only_with_tag=CURRENT&content-type=text/vnd.viewcvs-markup
and it gave me a hint that it could be patched to use right
testLockAbsFileName (and maybe some other LockAbsFileName variable).
