I don't think its the distros job to install web packages. Pacman would never 
know to install in a certian folder or if the machine has vhosts. And web apps 
are usually "tar xzf tarball.tgz; chmod 777; go to folder installed in, set up, 
done" Not that hard.

Using /srv for all server root dirs does sound like a good idea, but it would 
be more simple (and KISS) to just leave root dirs as the source package 
defaults as long as they don't conflict.
