Overview The scenario provides the mechanism to handle the high priority issues in JIRA.
Business Scenario We can use the JIRA connector with other connectors to implement the scenario. Jira,Salesforce,Twilio,Gmail and ZohoPeople connectors are used in the scenario. The following steps describe how to implement the scenario using esb connectors. Steps 1) JIRA - Retrieve the higher priority issues - Get the assigned person from the ticket Connector usage provides online issue tracking database system. This connector uses for create,view and update issues. 2) Salesforce - Add the ticket,lead and assigned person details. Connector usage Salesforce is a web-based service that allows organizations to manage contact relationship management (CRM) data. You can use the Salesforce connector to create, query, retrieve, update, and delete records in your organization's Salesforce data. 3)Zoho people - Check whether the assigned person is available or not Connector usage Zoho people provides a simple online tool designed for managing and access all your employee’s data. 4)Twilio - Send SMS to assigned person Connector usage Twilio is an online service that lets you embed phones, and messaging in web, desktop, and mobile software. The connector uses to connect to Twilio and work with accounts, applications, calls, messages. 5)GMAIL - Send the mail to the lead Connector usage The Gmail connector allows you to send and access e-mail messages which are in your Gmail mailbox. 6) JIRA - Add the comments in the ticket if the time is exceeds Advantage The higher priority issue status can be quickly checked and can reply to the customers.This scenario can be easily configured using ESB connectors without any cording and all logics are in same place.
