No, we will not have the car file creating support for the current
DevStudio, and we'll be adding the toolbox support for all BAM/CEP
artefacts once the new DevStudio is released.

Even though we don't have car file development file support via DevS, we'll
have the car file deployment support for all BAM/CEP artefacts. Therefore
the users have to manually create the car file and deploy that. But as
usual the artefacts which was deployed other than car files, can be managed
via management console.
