We do have a size limit, I believe it's 5MB for outside our system and 10MB inside. When sending articles to other libraries, using 300dpi resolution, anything larger than 15 pages we divide into two parts before sending. All library staff are aware of this limit and the standard "rule of thumb" for file size.

At one time, Ariel was a convenient way to make sure that your document reached its destination without being blocked by local email restrictions. I was wondering if libraries who use ariel are also sending and receving e-mail .pdf files and if this is becoming more common. Thanks, Rick Jones Circulation Supervisor E. M.
