If a solution on this list proves elusive, you may want to bring your IT folks 
into the discussion or anyone who is comfortable browsing through the systems 
Event Viewer. There is a System file and an Application file and either may 
hold the clues.  Just note the time of the crash and if you find some 
Red-X-error alerts or Yellow yield-icon-with-exclamation-point cautions in the 
EV files, check 'em out.
