Go to the Ariel file (C://program files\\Ariel\\In), the IN file, copy the 
ReceivedQ file there. Paste it to the desktop. Delete this file from the In 
folder. Restart the computer, open Ariel. Go to help-rebuild received queue. 
The damaged file should have been removed. We use Ariel 3.4,
