We import PDF files and Ariel can either convert them to TIFF when you use
the function "Send", or let them in PDF when you use "Send to patron".
Very useful feature.

[ARIE-L] RE: Err #9

We only try to import TIF files, we change them to TIF before importing -
can Ariel change files to TIF?

Subject: [ARIE-L] Err #9

Has anyone gotten the error

File could not be converted to TIFF format Err #9

This just started to appear in the last few weeks when we try to import
files in. And what is odd is we get it for some but not others. Anyone
have any insight?
