Hi,

This weekend we began experiencing problems with Ariel (we're using
3.4), so I tried to reinstall the software and am unable to do so.  I
keep getting an error message stating that "Setup has experienced an
error" and referencing error code 6006.  We've had Ariel installed for
years on this computer, so I think the problem may be with an update
or patch to Windows (we're running Windows XP Professional).  Has
anyone else had a similar problem?  I've tried on multiple computers
and have had the same problem.
