We can't figure out how to fix it. This problem started after we did an illiad upgrade. What we have been doing is after importing into illiad, we go back and delete from ariel. Then we go back to illiad and send. I would welcome any ideas on fixing this problem. Ariel running on a Windows XP workstation. The Ariel documents in the "Received Queue" do not get deleted from Ariel, even after they have been imported them to Electronic Delivery Processing in ILLiad. Any thoughts on why this would be the case? I've been through both the Ariel and ILLiad documentation, and everything configured seems to be configured correctly.
