When it happened to us it was because our server IP had changed when
they upgraded our system, but it only happened when we were emailing not
with regular Ariel. We just had to change it in the email settings under
properties.

It happens sometimes. No idea why.

 

Click on the document to highlight it, and then under DOCUMENT select
RELEASE and it should go.
