Renee, I have Ariel 4.1 and Illiad 8 running under Windows 7 Enterprise Service Pack 1. Anytime that we have had any issues, iit was trying to install without administrator permission under Windows 7, and with the Illiad 8 updates. The security set up in Windows 7 would not let Illiad 8 install updates, unless we run Illiad 8 as administrator. You can do this on the fly by right clicking on the Illiad shortcut, and selecting run as administrator. Once you get pass the security settings on the computer, I have not had any problems running Ariel, and Illiad8. Gene
