Please pardon any duplication.... The Emory University Libraries (OCLC: EMU, EMT, EMO, EMM, and EMK; Docline: GAUEMU) are migrating to a new ILS (ExLibris Aleph) on Monday, October 10th. Our ILS will be taken offline and our hosted Aleph server will be brought online around 10:00 a.m. If all goes as planned, there will be only a brief disruption of library services, including ILL. However, if we experience serious technical difficulties, some or all of our libraries may go to non-supplier status on short notice. In that event, rest assured that we'll make every effort to resume normal ILL operations as quickly as possible.
Perhaps more importantly, once our new Aleph server goes "live," the domain name for ALL Emory Libraries email addresses ending in @libcat1.cc.emory.edu will change to @mail.library.emory.edu. Again, we expect this to happen Monday around 10:00 a.m. EDT. We will send announcements to these same discussion lists following the switch to our new Aleph server.
