Has anyone resolved this issue or heard back from Infotrieve? I just had to restart our computer that Ariel lives on and now I am getting the licensing error. When I click through it Ariel closes so it is completely unusable.

Don't know how up to date it is though; it still shows the old Boise State address for the Ariel list, which closed down years ago.
