On 7 January 2013 the ARIN Board of Trustees adopted the new ARIN Policy
Development Process (PDP), available at:
https://www.arin.net/policy/pdp.html

The new PDP is effective today, 14 January 2013.

All open proposals and draft policies have been transitioned to the new PDP.

The following two draft policies are still in last call. After last call
the ARIN Advisory Council (AC) will conduct their last call review:

ARIN-2012-6: Revising Section 4.4 C/I Reserved Pool Size
      ARIN-2012-8: Aligning 8.2 and 8.3 Transfer Policy

The following draft policy was presented at the last ARIN Public Policy
Meeting and the AC decided to continue to work on it. It remains on the
AC's docket:

ARIN-2012-2: IPv6 Subsequent Allocations Utilization Requirement

The following two proposals are in the first stage of the policy
development process. The AC will work with the originators to ensure
that there are clear problem statements and policy text:

ARIN-prop-182 Update Residential Customer Definition to not exclude
wireless as Residential Service
      ARIN-prop-183 Section 8.4 Transfer enhancement

All of these draft policies and proposals can be found at:
https://www.arin.net/policy/proposals/
