On 18 December 2012 the ARIN Board of Trustees adopted the following
policies:
ARIN-2012-5: Removal of Renumbering Requirement for Small Multihomers
ARIN-2012-7: Reassignments for Third Party Internet Access (TPIA)
over Cable
A new version of the ARIN Number Resource Policy Manual (NRPM) has been
published to the ARIN website. NRPM version 2013.1 is effective 16
January 2013 and supersedes the previous version. NRPM 2013.1 contains
the implementation of ARIN-2012-5 and ARIN-2012-7. Also, an obsolete
paragraph was removed from section 6.5.7 (this edit was proposed by
"ARIN-prop-169 Cleanup IPv6 section 6.5.7", recommended by the ARIN
Advisory Council, and approved by the Board on 24 August 2012).
