In the current process, this interview/questionnaire is done by the nomcom.  
Questions are proposed by the public, edited or consolidated as appropriate by 
the nomcom, posed to candidates, and the responses are published to the web 
site.

Can you elaborate on what you see as the significances of the differences 
you’re proposing?
