I don’t understand how these are non-editorial in nature other than possibly the one to 8.5.6 which technically narrows the scope to no longer accidentally (and absurdly) include IPv6 space reassigned to customers in an IPv4 calculation.
As such, I support the changes (they add clarity and don’t actually change policy), but I would also have considered them editorial in nature as they are corrections to errata and/or clarification of existing policy practice.
