I OPPOSE the proposed policy and call on the board to reject and
return the draft to the AC for further work. Specifically, the AC
failed to address the community feedback when revising the draft, for
example by continuing to use the undefined term of art "identifier,"
promulgating the exact problem the draft allegedly resolves.
