mostly done - only one Chinese and one Russian version of old
ARM/AArch64 page left

As there is no remove action all those pages got moved to
Architectures/AArch64/Archive/ namespace and got note on top with link
to Architectures/AArch64/FoundationModelQuickStart page

Have to grab Beta release ISO and do installation tests. It will also
help me to create one clean installation guide for APM Mustang.
