Hi All,

One obvious quality criteria of the SNP array is weather the probe
intensity is concentrated around the estimated copy number. On the
plots of the chromosome explorer it is the wideness of the column of
green dots around the black lines.
Therefore I am wondering if there is a function calculating the
overall average distance of the probe intensity around the estimated
copy number. If there is not, whether it is possible to add such a
function.

  Thanks

  Yue
