Hi ! I am quite new wit all the array analyses. I ran Exon arrays on rat hippocampi (n=4, N=8) Which cdf should I use ? I will use aroma.affymetrix R package as my 32bit dell will explode if I continue on my big exonmap plan ! Any super-documentation available somewhere with a step-by-step-for- noob-with-potential approach ?
