Hi, I would like to extract expression values from HuEx-1_0-st-v2 CEL files. I copied the instructions from http://groups.google.com/group/aroma-affymetrix/web/human-exon-array-analysis into a script, and executed the script. It seemed to go well. However, R gave me this warning message: Warning message: In fcn(...) : Packages reordered in search path: package:affy
I tried loading affy before loading aroma.affymetrix, and then I didn't get any warnings. Is there something to worry about, or is it just a message telling me that aroma.affymetrix reorders the search path?
