Hi to ALL! I´m working with the Affymetrix 5.0 and I´m running aroma to process my chips. My boss doesn´t want to use a segmentation algorithm like CBS or GLAD instead he´d rather prefer and HMM option, like CNAT for 10k to 500k.
I wonder if you know something like CNAT for Affy 5.0 or should I have to implement by myself ? If I have to program the HMM, how could I use the results generated by aroma? Thanks in advance!
