Hi, I was just wondering is it possible to import a plier summary on Human exon arrays into aroma affymetrix? I've seen a tutorial on importing from APT for CN data, http://groups.google.com/group/aroma-affymetrix/web/import-from-affymetrix-power-tools-apt, but not for Human Exon array data.
I am assuming it is possible because I see a AffymetrixAptSummaryFile(). Is there a tutorial available or does anyone have any idea how to do it?
