Guyz, I'm sure this must have been discussed long time ago. I was listening to Josh songs yesterday and I remember at that time when it got released, there were rumours that ARR composed one or few tracks and then backed out of the project and Anu Malik took over. And now when i listed to Sailaru Sailare, it sounds so much like Rahman's song than Anu Malik's....the arrangements, the feel and especially when the first trailor was out in 2000, i for sure felt the diff in music, like Rahmanesque feeling... Also the singers r surprisingly Mano and Suresh Peters...i would never think in my wildest dreams that our Malik would sign in Mano and Peters to sing a song for him. The rest of the songs however sound like Malik's. Any info on this ???
Did Anu Malik take credit for this song or was it confirmed that ARR composed this song ?? Coz atleast in Fiza, Piya Haji Ali was credited to AR Rahman, however the ending of the other song Mahi ve, when the tempo goes up, i thought it was more like a Rahman's touch than Malik's. Sirish
