All - Today's Economic Times had Aamir khan as it's guest editor. There
was an interesting discussion on the importance of scripts in movies.
One of the participants Abbas Tyrewala (dialogues Munnabhai MBBS) made
a very pertinent remark on the dearth of good scriptwriters in the
Indian (hindi) movie scene and said just like ARR arrived and gave a
different dimension to music and made ppl go back into the theatres and
listen to the songs, in the similar way one needed a genius script
writer to arrive at the scene (or something like this....) Whoever has
read it, pls post the discussion. Made for very interesting reading....

Cheers!
Balaji
