If I am not mistaken the film is a remake of Kaagaz ke Phool and it starred Guru Dutt and Waheeda Rehman (as Paro). Guru Dutt not only acted in the film but also directed it. It is a fantastic film but in black and white. ROPM is trying to remake this film with Katrina doing Waheeda's role and Aamir as Guru Dutt. Gops can you please confirm if ARR is doing the music?
