Nope the 'inspired' track as pointed out is poles apart. That uses what is normally refered as amen break (check in youtube) and Blue theme is way too different. Unless we want to look at it from a ' yeah he has copied' stand point. Otherwise, nope. Not guilty untill proven.
Also, when a beat style is similar does not mean its copied. Check for the melody. If that matches then we have a problem.
