I'm talking about the female rap part. It sounds as if the Tamil version was recorded 1st and then used again in the Hindi and Telugu versions and the Tamil lyrics were muted and replaced, just those parts, with Hindi and Telugu lyrics. This made those parts to not to go smoothly. Listen carefully to the part that goes "I am a super girl, Un kaadhil rapper girl". Only the words "un kaadhil" was muted and replaced instead of singing the whole line again. It would sound more smooth if the whole rap section was sung again together with the new lyrics without "cut and replace". Just voicing out my opinion.
