Subject: Whatsup --> Remedy
Hi,
Im use an
application for monitoring some servers that calls whatsup.
Does anybody knows if exist any integration/automatization that generates
a ticket on Remedy whenever an events is performed on it.
I mean when a server goes down this application must communicate within remedy and submit a ticket.
Thanks!
