suppose that is something for all the consultants out there.
We have to plan something in regards how long it does take to implement Remedys Change Management out of the box.
We do not have any description of what features are needed, so it can only be quite generic with minimal customization.
What we do have is a Remedy custom Incident Management and HP OV SC CM modul in place ( and by that, we do have Remedy groups, incident categories and such ). However, we do not have a service model implemented at the Incident part.
Thank's for any hints.
To play with number, first guess was 100 days including :
- training
- moving exiscting CM from HP OV SD do Remedy's CM
- minimal customization
- implement processes
