** Really not all that much.  They seemed to be focusing on giving people (including themselves) more time to assimilate, or be assimilated, into the ITSM 7 world.  So there will be more tools for managing the business and better connectivity between the applications, but they didn't even mention a version 8 today, or some code name for it.   Not even a projected due date for a next version....curious.   Rick From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Gordon M.
