Hi Carey Our Dev is split amongst a number of servers (web/db/app) and all server timezone setting are set as Eastern Time zone with Daylight Savings checked.
Are there other timezone setting other than the server & User tool setting that I could have missed... Are there any timezone settings related to Web Services? We are not using the Preference Server option on login... but I have been testing different user using different User preference server settings but timestamp is still on hour off If I chose AST (Atlantic Saving Time = GMT-4) in my User tool setting, the timestamp will showing correctly on the Blackberry... but the Windows User client shows the wrong timestamp. Thanks... dave Ps: sorry for one day response... My bet is that it is off, or the user preference TZ setting for the user your connecting to the Web Service with is wrong. -- Carey Matthew Black Remedy Skilled Professional (RSP) ARS = Action Request System(Remedy) Love, then teach Solution = People + Process + Tools Fast, Accurate, Cheap....
