If you record the macro with the user tool....verify it creates the csv in the place that you want.  Then have the Escalation execute a run process that calls runmacro.exe.  Then a second action that performs a PERFORM-ACTION-ADD-ATTACHMENT <field_ID> [<file_name>] to attach the file to a record...then you can use a standard notification to send the email

Have you tried submitting a query email?....I've never used one...but the old email engine provided capability to email the remedy server with a query and it would return the results in the body of the email....or you could generate a report macro...and have the escalation generate that csv and then email the csv to them

I want to include a search result from a form in a notification  and email a user on a daily basis.  The search result I am getting from a form is between 150 to 200 records. The data changes every day.   What is the best way to include the search result in the escalation so the user can receive one single email everyday?  I will appreciate your help.

kind regards
