If you record the macro with the user tool....verify it
creates the csv in the place that you want. Then have the Escalation
execute a run process that calls runmacro.exe. Then a second action that
performs a PERFORM-ACTION-ADD-ATTACHMENT <field_ID> [<file_name>] to
attach the file to a record...then you can use a standard notification to send
the email
