I can see none of my issues (past and/or present).

- Why are they using cfm for the whole site?  What kind of message are
they sending?
- When I drop down the nav menus at the top, if I am viewing a midtier
page, the menu chops off where it meets the mid-tier form.  I
basically can't navigate the site without hitting the back button.
- Unable to download patches, as Chris stated
