Also, on the form properties (Admin Tool), you can remove Megan’s group on the view that you don’t want her to see, or include the group – but keep form hidden.

Subject: About diffrent views of a form

Hi people

I was testing how to manage views of a form, I has several groups but
I have 2 views of a form one called: Reporting and the other one
Seniors ( well no matter the names).

My point is when I use an active link I can call them individually
specifying the view for each group but when a user from Reporting for
example Megan wants to open the form from the toolbar (object list),
Megan can access to the admin view.

What can I avoid this? I mean if Megan does that the idea is to show
her the Reporting view.

Regards
