$VUI$ is not a keyword that filters understand. The view exists on the
client only (active links can use it). Filters always see this keyword
as a null value. You might get around it by using active links to set a
flag and have your filters check for that flag value.

Subject: Filter doesn't fire for $VUI$ = "Requester"

I want to send a notification to my helpdesk team any time a user goes
to the
Requester Console (web or client) and updates information in the Details
field. However, when I use $VUI$ = "Requester" in my filter, it doesn't
seem to fire. If I use other criteria, it does -- but I only want it to
happen when the user is in the Requester Console.

Any suggestions??
