Hi, Christopher: I'm not sure which release notes are newer, but I downloaded a copy of the 7.0.01 English Release notes yesterday, as part of the zipped arsdocs701 zip file. It includes both Eng Release notes for 7.0.0 and 7.0.01.
The 7.0.01 notes are only 230 kb compared to the original notes at 435 kb. The update history section of the document lists 9/2006. Is that what you have? If this is something that is supposed to be in the missing English Release Notes for 7.0.01 (I have only an advance copy - SupportWeb STILL has not gotten them posted AND they closed the ticket where I reported that failing), I have not found it. Of course it is not in the ServiceDesk Release Notes either since they pre-date ARS 7.0.01.
