Did you review the HTML logs when you installed ITSM7? Are you sure all the forms were imported properly?
If there were failures you should start over with a backup, and not try and import individual items. The logs should be in something like \Program Files\AR System Applications\<server>\BMC Remedy Incident Management\Logs Seperate directories and logs exist for each of the ITSM7 installs.
