Is there any commonality for those that do get the error:

Only those that run a specific version of the browser

Only those in one particular Group that has more in that results list than
others
Only those in a particular environment, e.g. they all have a particular pc they
use versus others

As you probably know, some underlying consistent cause must exist, and you need
to know it to resolve. Clearly BMC thinks the results list being removed will
fix it, but that doesn't explain why for some and not for others, root cause
analysis.

Last time I saw that browser error it was consistent for all, a form was
totally corrupted which isn't the case here.

As John suggested, more of your log might give us a clue.
The ARSlist does allow attachments if you can attach a log from where you are.

Hope that is a useful.

Dan

Subject: 9215 Error generating page content

Hello Listers was hoping that someone here may have run into this issue. We are
seeing the below intermittent error when clicking on Quick Links>Approval
Central>Alternate Approvers Link. Once we click on the link we get the below.
We are running itsm 8.1.02.001 RTLW_05/05/15_74299_debug 201505041023Hotfix.
Againt Linux 2.6.32-504.30.3.el6.x86_64. This does not happen for everyone and
even for the people who do see this issue, it does not happen all the time. BMC
is reccomending that we remove field 1020 (results list), we would like to have
an alternative to the bmc reccomendation. Has anyone in here run into this
issue.
